CURRENCY & PAYMENT

All prices shown on the FILOVEFISHING online store are in Australian dollars (AUD). All payments are billed in AUD. Currency conversions are set by your bank and any charges further to this will be made by your bank.

All prices are inclusive of GST for Australian customers. Prices for all International orders are GST exclusive; however all International orders include a 10% service and handling fee. This fee exists to cover higher costs associated with offshore orders.

FILOVEFISHING offers the following payments options: Pay Pal, Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, MasterCard Debit.The charges for any transactions made on this site are only debited from your card once the Checkout process is complete.

STANDARD Shipping to Australian addresses is FREE for purchases over $100.00aud

International orders are shipped via Australia Post regular international shipping (with tracking number) for a flat rate of $20.00

International Shipping charges above do not include possible taxes and charges imposed by the country of origin or destination. The responsibility of costs incurred for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may occur rest solely with the customerr.

 

Refunds Permitted: We accept returns. You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 14 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 14 days or more have passed since your purchase, send us a message and we will see what can be done.
